Production can usually knock out about 100 units plus a week comfortably
- The company uses the New Advanced 70 Profile from Selecta.
- It is a 5 chamber profile for extra strength (as opposed to the normal 3 chamber profile).
- It is 70mm in diameter (as opposed to normal 60mm)
- All window units are fully welded (no mechanical joints i.e. screwed in)
- All window units have interior beading (as opposed to external beading)
We make all units to fit with a scotia bead
- Windows – use espag’s with keeps
- Doors – double rhino hook lock (G.U. & Paddock)
- French doors (Slave locks & shoot bolts)
- Patio’s
- Conservatories – using Global roof’s
All work carried out adheres to the following BRITISH STANDARDS CODES OF PRACTICE;
BS 8000: Part 7 workmanship on building sites, codes of practice for glazing.
BS 8213: Part 1 Windows doors and rooflights, code of practice for the installation of replacement doors and windows sets in dwellings.
BS 62602: Code of practice for thickness and type of glass to withstand the calculated design wind speed.
BS 4255: Part 1 Extruded materials for glazing gaskets and weather stripping.
BS 2989: Mild steel reinforcing, hot-zip zinc coated.
